  • 3 oz of Aperol
  • 3 oz of Prosecco
  • 1 oz of Grand Marnier, or any orange liquor of your choice
  • 1 oz of Ginger Beer
  • a handful of ice cubes
  • orange slices for garnish

How to make this Easy Aperol Ginger Beer Cocktail…

  1. In a glass filled with ice, pour in the Aperol, orange liquor, Prosecco and Ginger Beer. Gently stir and garnish with one or two orange slices.

  • Don’t want to use orange, lime wedges or a lemon wedge!
  • Don’t have ginger beer on hand? Try it with Ginger Ale! It’s just as refreshing and delicious…
