fun twist on a classic espresso martini, this Peanut Butter & Vanilla Espresso Martini recipe is one of my new favourite cocktail recipes. It's quite simple to make and it this recipe features Skrewball's Peanut Butter Whiskey.
Start by chilling your martini cocktail glass for at least 15 minutes prior to serving.
Prepare your foam by whipping your heavy cream or use a milk frother for the perfect consistency.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, 1 oz of Skewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, 2 oz of chilled espresso shots or coffee and 1/2 oz of vanilla simple syrup. Shake for at least 20 seconds
Strain (or double strain if possible) into your martini cocktail glass.
Spoon a few tablespoons of the milk foam on top on the cocktail and garnish with some espresso beans if desired.
