Peanut Butter & Vanilla Espresso Martini

fun twist on a classic espresso martini, this Peanut Butter & Vanilla Espresso Martini recipe is one of my new favourite cocktail recipes. It's quite simple to make and it this recipe features Skrewball's Peanut Butter Whiskey.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz chilled espresso 
  • 1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Start by chilling your martini cocktail glass for at least 15 minutes prior to serving.
  • Prepare your foam by whipping your heavy cream or use a milk frother for the perfect consistency.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, 1 oz of Skewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, 2 oz of chilled espresso shots or coffee and 1/2 oz of vanilla simple syrup. Shake for at least 20 seconds
  • Strain (or double strain if possible) into your martini cocktail glass.
  • Spoon a few tablespoons of the milk foam on top on the cocktail and garnish with some espresso beans if desired.
