Another quick and simple Holiday appetizer, perfect to snack on while waiting to ring in the New Year. So flavorful, yet only using a handful of ingredients. Finish it off with a drizzle of honey and you have the perfect appetizer.
This recipe makes 8 topped crips, double or triple if needed.
INGREDIENTS:

1 pear, sliced thinly (about 8 slices)

1 tbsp of olive oil

Camembert cheese

2 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tbsp of honey

1/4 cup of pecans, roughly chopped
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Slice your pear lengthwise, as thinly as possible and add to a medium mixing bowl.

Toss with olive oil and fresh rosemary.

Bake for 12-15 minutes on a baking sheet until the edges start to turn golden.

Once cooled slightly, add on top of your crisps.

Top with camembert cheese, pecans and arrange on a serving plate.

Drizzle the honey all over the topped crisps and serve.
