I am so excited to present this Ginger & Lemon Loaf with an Orange Glaze in collaboration with Jamieson Canada. I was inspired by the orange and lemon flavours of the Jamieson Vitamin D3 Gummies (they come in strawberry too). I decided to add some ginger to kick up the flavours, and did it ever!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 eggs
- zest of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of grated ginger
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp of fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp of orange zest
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a small mixing bowl; whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and Greek yogurt.

To your wet ingredients; mix in the lemon zest, grated ginger and olive oil.

Once well mixed, gradually add in your dry ingredients and keep mixing until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.

Let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the baking dish.

Allow cooling completely before adding the glaze.

Once glaze sets, slice and serve.
For the glaze, whisk the orange zest, orange juice and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth.
