This Creamy Spaghetti with pieces of crispy bacon is the perfect weeknight dinner you need to add to your list.

It’s quick, delicious and a simple way to elevate a quick dinner with just a few ingredients. I have been obsessed with adding bacon to dishes since I discovered how insanely easy and quick it is to make it in an air fryer. Takes 10 minutes without the splatter and mess of making it in a frying pan or oven.


The result is perfectly crispy bacon, great for adding to a pasta dish like this, on homemade pizza or even crumbling on a salad.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g of spaghetti

  • 6 slices of cooked bacon

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream

  • 3/4 cups of grated parmesan

  • salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente and return to the pot after straining. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  2. Keep the heat on medium-low and add the heavy cream, grated parmesan as well as a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Chop the cooked bacon into bite-sized pieces and add to your pot. Mix in to combine.

  4. Serve with an extra sprinkle of parmesan shavings.

If the sauce is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of pasta water at a time until you reach desired creaminess.
