An excellent refreshing Sangria is always a popular drink during the summer months, so why shouldn’t an Autumn Sangria be more of a thing? This Easy Fall Sangria with Prosecco is my new favourite fall cocktail ideas to serve when the cooler weather comes around. I mean, what’s easier than throwing a bunch of seasonal fruit in a pitcher, and pouring in some sparkling wine?
For this fall version, I simply added a few slices of apple, pear, and oranges. I then topped off this white wine sangria with some pomegranate seeds. I chose a very light Prosecco and it all worked so wonderfully together. I’ll even show you how to elevate this delicious cocktail with a few extra ingredients at the bottom of this post. But, the simple version of this easy fall sangria recipe is perfect!

Why you’ll love this perfect Fall cocktail…
- Just like a classic sangria, it’s filled with fresh fruit, more importantly…fall fruits!
- I used prosecco for this white wine sangria, but you can also use any kind of wine (white). Dry and fruity white wine are great options. You can use your favorite white wine, even a cheap wine will be fine since we are infusing some extra flavors. Don’t feel the need to splurge on an expensive bottle. Pinot Grigio or Sauvigon Blanc are my go-to’s.
- As for seasonal fruit, choose your favourite type of fruit. I feel like the best sangria recipes are when you just combine what type of fruit you like most. Choose crisp apples, like granny smith, or fuji apple, or make it an Honeycrisp apple sangria!

How to make this cozy sangria recipe…

Want to elevate this Fall Sangria, here’s how…
- Add warm flavors to this cozy fall drink by adding 2-3 whole cinnamon sticks.
