I am ready for summer cocktails and this Orange and Aperol Fizz will be at the top of my list all summer long. It’s light and flavorful and oh so refreshing. And easy…so so easy.
I’ve been making a lighter version of this recently, but also made a boozy version when I want to get the party started.
I suggest using fresh orange juice instead of store-bought. The flavours will just be so much brighter…but store-bought will work if you’re in a pinch.
For the boozy version, replace the sparkling water with Prosecco or any other sparkling white wine of your choice.
INGREDIENTS:
