The best part? With this recipe you can make them ahead of time, store the batter in the fridge and skip on chill time. That's right! If you want to make the perfect, traditional French crepes, you NEED to chill the batter for at least 30 minutes to an hour. So having them chilled in the fridge skips that step! Serve them warm, dusted with powdered sugar, maple syrup or folded with your favorite fillings. However you enjoy them, they make the perfect weekday treat. I used Country Harvest’s 14 Grains since it’s packed with filling and nutritional ingredients like flax, oat wheat and sunflower seeds to keep me feeling fueled and full all afternoon. Plus it’s 100% whole wheat and best of all, it’s baked in Canada. After taking some time off to enjoy being back home in Quebec City, I'm inspired and excited to get back in the kitchen this week and start working on new recipes to share, as well as continuing to add more home & lifestyle articles to MayEightyFive (which a bunch of you have been loving 🥹).
