It’s the perfect healthy soup recipe for anyone looking to sneak more vegetables into their day in the most delicious way possible.The secret to making it extra special? A spoonful of green curry paste, creamy coconut milk, and a splash of fresh lime juice to brighten everything up. The result is a silky, light, and cozy soup that’s just as good for lunch as it is for dinner.It’s super easy to prepare, freezer-friendly, and the kind of recipe that makes you feel good after every bowl.What you'll need for this comforting soup recipe 2 tbsp olive oil1 small onion (or ½ large), diced4 garlic cloves, minced2 tbsp green curry paste2 small potatoes, diced1 large broccoli head,or 2 small crowns, chopped (all green parts included)4 cups vegetable brothSalt & pepper, to taste1 head of kale, chopped1 can (400 ml) coconut milkJuice of 1 limeHow to make this easy soup recipe 1. Sweet, savoury, buttery, and cheesy...these Pear, Rosemary & Double Cheddar Scones are the perfect cozy bake for fall.They’re easy to make, full of flavour, and a great example of how Cracker Barrel Shreds can take simple recipes to the next level.Ingredients2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour1/4 cup sugar1 tsp salt1 tbsp baking powder1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed1/2 cup heavy cream (plus more for brushing)1 egg1 cup Cracker Barrel Double Cheddar Shreds2 ripe pears, diced1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely choppedInstructions- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender (or your fingers) until it looks like coarse crumbs.- In a small bowl, whisk together cream and egg, then stir into dry ingredients. Gently fold in the cheddar, pears, and rosemary.- Drop 1/4 cup mounds onto a lined baking sheet.
