Baked until golden and bubbly, it’s everything you want in a hot, saucy dip.INGREDIENTS16 oz cream cheese, softened¼ cup Greek yogurtPinch of salt½ tsp onion powder½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp dried oregano½ tsp dried basil2 cups marinara or pizza sauce2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese½ cup grated Parmesan cheesePepperoni slices, to tasteINSTRUCTIONS- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a pie dish or small baking dish.- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and basil until light and fluffy using a hand mixer.- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish. Plus, we add sautéed veggies and top it off with a perfect jammy egg.A cozy, easy breakfast (or lunch) that’s satisfying and anything but boring.INGREDIENTS (serves 2)1 cup rolled oats1 cup water1 cup chicken or vegetable broth1 shallot, divided (½ thinly sliced, ½ finely diced)1 red bell pepper, diced3 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp olive oil2 eggsSalt & pepper, to tasteMETHOD- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium. Add the sliced shallot and diced red pepper with a pinch of salt. Cook for 8–10 minutes until soft. Transfer to a plate.- In the same pot, add the diced shallot and sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 2 more minutes until fragrant.- Stir in oats, broth, and water. Simmer on low for 5–7 minutes until oats are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.- Place 2 eggs in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover, turn off heat, and let sit for 5 minutes. Transfer to ice water, peel when cool.- Spoon oats into a bowl. Top with sautéed veggies, halved egg, and any optional toppings. Serve warm.
